1. General provisions

This policy applies to all mobile games and applications operated by the operator that link to this page (the “Applications”). It explains what data is processed when the Applications are used, why it is processed, and how to contact the operator.

The Russian version has priority. This English version is provided for convenience and must be interpreted in accordance with the Russian version.

2. Data processed by the operator

For game mechanics, the operator generates a random game identifier (the “game ID”). The ID itself does not contain a name or other information about a person. However, together with game results and technical data, it may be treated as a pseudonymous identifier, so the operator does not claim that all data is fully anonymized.

The operator intentionally does not collect a name, telephone number, email address, payment details, or precise location through game mechanics. Do not submit such information in game fields or error reports.

The server technical log does not include an IP address, query string, request body, or game IDs.

3. AppMetrica analytics data

The Applications use AppMetrica. In the configuration used by the Applications, AppMetrica location collection is disabled. Depending on device settings and granted permissions, AppMetrica may receive:

4. Yandex Mobile Ads

The Applications may use the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising. The service may process technical and advertising identifiers, and information about an ad request, impression, and interaction. This data is used to show advertising, personalize it where there is a lawful basis and permission, measure advertising effectiveness, and prevent abuse and fraud.

The availability of advertising identifiers and personalization depends on permissions, device settings, selected advertising settings, and applicable law. Information about the SDK and current instructions is available in the Yandex Mobile Ads documentation and the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK License Agreement.

5. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed for the following purposes:

The legal grounds are the need to provide the stated Application features, the user’s consent where required by law or SDK settings, the operator’s legal obligations, and other grounds provided by applicable law. Consent to optional analytics or ad personalization may be withdrawn through the available Application or device settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. Recipients of data

For analytics and advertising, data may be transferred to YANDEX LLC (ООО «ЯНДЕКС»), its affiliates, and advertising partners involved in operating the relevant services. These parties process data in accordance with applicable documents, service settings, and law. The operator does not sell game data.

7. Data storage

The operator’s own game database is stored in the Russian Federation. Game data is kept until the relevant game or service is discontinued, unless a verified deletion request is received earlier. Retention periods for data processed by Yandex and advertising partners are determined by their documents and the settings of the relevant services.

8. Deletion and user rights

To request deletion of game data, email toolazyapps@gmail.com. Include the game name and random game ID. The operator may request additional information needed to verify that the request relates to the applicant’s data; do not send unnecessary documents or data.

Within the limits established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other applicable rules, a user may request information about processing, correction, blocking, or deletion of data; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and challenge the operator’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests are handled within the time limits and procedure established by law.

9. Information security

The operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No method of storing or transmitting data over the internet can guarantee absolute security. If an incident is discovered, the operator acts in accordance with applicable law.

10. Minors

The Applications are intended for users of any age unless the description of a particular game says otherwise. The operator intentionally does not request names, contact details, payment data, or precise location through game mechanics. A user who does not have the required legal capacity must use the Application with the consent and participation of a legal representative where required by law. A legal representative may send a deletion request to toolazyapps@gmail.com.

11. Changes to this policy

The operator may update this policy when the Applications, services, or legal requirements change. The current version is published at this same address with its revision date. Continued use of an Application after a new version is published means that the user has been informed of it to the extent permitted by law; if separate consent is required, it will be requested separately.
